In 2014, the Srimanta Foundation decided to focus on producing a single Bhaona within a specific community, rather than organizing a large-scale event. The Ram-Vijay Ankiya Bhaona was chosen for production among the tea community in Rajgarh, Dibrugarh district

• Ram-Vijay ankiya bhaona was chosen and a month long workshop was organised for the rehearsal of the bhaona during the month of March 2014
• Majority participants of the Ram Vijay bhaona was from the Tea Community, service personnel, school and college going students, daily wage earners and all have volunteered themselves to take part in the bhaona
• Noted Bayans Sri Achintya and Sri Govinda Mahanta, Sattriya Vocalists Sri Chiranjib and Smt. Anudhriti Mahanta and Sattriya Dancer Ku. Ishita trained the participants under the guidance of Dr K D Goswami.
